At Ahsan Shreef Miraj Design Studio, each piece is crafted with care and precision. To maintain quality and fairness, please review our return and exchange guidelines.

General Return Policy

• We do not offer refunds on any orders.

• Exchanges may be accepted under specific conditions (mentioned below).

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

• The item delivered is defective, incorrect, or damaged.

• The exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Luxury Pret, made-to-order, and custom-sized pieces

• Items with handwork or special detailing

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items

• Any product that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Luxury Pret Exchange Policy

Since Luxury Pret items include handwork and require 4 to 6 weeks of crafting time, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the event of a defect or incorrect order.

If eligible, contact our support team with:

• Order number

• Clear images of the issue

• Description of the problem

Our team will review and guide you through the exchange procedure.

Shipping for Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for sending the item back for inspection.

• Replacement shipping charges may apply.
